Bhutan to import 5,000MT fertilisers annually from India In a move to curb illegal imports and ensure timely access to agricultural inputs, the National Seed Centre, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MoAL) signed an agreement with Brahmaputra Valley Fertilizer Corporation Limited (BVFCL) yesterday to import 5,000 metric tonnes of fertilisers annually.
